2 done with the wifes soya marinade, and the other 2 with a hot sauce mixture (franks, ketchup, soy, honey, whisky, brown sugar, and worecestershire) cooked raised direct. Both turned out great. No plated picks. oops.

Looks good! One of my favorite parts of the yardbird. Cheap and delicious.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
