Man I'm tired, been prepping and egging all day, but I love it.

Options
30 or so pork shots
15 turtle eggs(ran out of sausage)
chicken bacon cheese sandwiches on king's hawaiian rolls
buffalo chicken cheese balls(I'll post more pics and recipe later)
sausage/pepper/onion/jalapeno/beer/butter/dizzy pig thingy(just to cook the extra sausage, I haven't named it)
potato skins with goat cheese, cheddar and bacon
BBQ meat balls
egg rolls 
veggie tray
whatever the guests bring

most different things I've made in one day.  egg has been humming along at 350-400 for about 4 hours now.  greatest grill/smoker ever!
