Baby back ribs, this weekend's cook with PICS!

Cooked at 225 and did a 3/2/1. Used some Apple chunks and basted every hour with Apple juice, ginger ale and Apple cider vinegar mixed in a spray bottle. Slathered in mustard and used a Byron's butt rub mixed with Everglages seasoning and it was the best cook I've done yet!
Large BGE and new to the egghead world!

Looks great nice cook. Just Fyi I put my leads over the PS leg so less direct heat hits the probe wires.

Yeah, the lead is over the place setter leg but the drip pan is covering it making it hard to see. Great advice though, I learned my lesson the hard way and lost a lead already.
