Baby back ribs, this weekend's cook with PICS!

Cooked at 225 and did a 3/2/1. Used some Apple chunks and basted every hour with Apple juice, ginger ale and Apple cider vinegar mixed in a spray bottle. Slathered in mustard and used a Byron's butt rub mixed with Everglages seasoning and it was the best cook I've done yet!
Large BGE and new to the egghead world!
