Botch\'s Salmon Sauce

3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 chipotle chile, finely minced 1 Tablespoon honey 2 teaspoons finely-minced Italian parsley


Stir everything together, let sit in the frig a couple hours to allow everybody to get comfortable. Dollop onto salmon at the table.


There's really no heat in this sauce at all, either the mayo or the honey really tempers the heat of the chipotle.
