Ingredients1/4 cup cider vinegar3 tablespoons prepared coarse-ground mustard3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced1 lime, juiced1/2 lemon, juiced1/2 cup brown sugar1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste6 tablespoons olive oil6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves / or hole kabobsInstructionsIn a large glass bowl, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil. Place chicken in the mixture (I put them in a large freezer bag). Cover, and marinate 8 hours, or overnight. NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare: 10 Minutes
