Ingredients1 Large can of Bush’s Original Baked Beans, drained1 regular can of Bush’s Black Beans, drained1 regular can of Bush’s Kidney Beans, drained5 strips of bacon cut in one inch pieces (a little bulk sausage or BBQ wouldn’t hurt it)1 large onion chopped1 can Ro-Tel Original1 pablano pepper coarsely chopped1 green bell pepper coarsely chopped1 yellow bell pepper coarsely chopped1 red bell pepper coarsely chopped 4 tablespoons of molasses2 tablespoons mustard powder1 tablespoon cumin powder2 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon sea salt1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Hot sauce to tasteInstructionsMix all ingredients and put in a rectangular baking dish. Place on a Big Green Egg or Weber Kettle over indirect heat, uncovered, with a stable temperature of 400. Cook for 2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
