<h4>Instructions</h4>Drain and rinse beans. Add beans to a pot and about 5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Cook cubed Bacon in Dutch oven on the stove. Add beans, water that you simmered them in, and all the ingredients above into Dutch oven. Gently mix it up.<p><p>Add Hickory Chunks to an established 275-300 degree egg using a platesetter and grill. Add Dutch oven uncovered for 3.5 to 4 hours gently stirring every 30 minutes or so.
Remove from grill and put lid on Dutch oven and let it sit for 30 minutes. Stir and enjoy.
