Big Daddy's Campfire Potatoes

• 10 Medium Potatoes
• 8 Strips of Bacon
• 1 Tbs Minced Garlic in oil
• 1.5 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
• 1 Large Onion

InstructionsSlice whole unskinned potatoes into about 1/8&#034 slices. Mince onion in food processor. Layer sliced potatoes onto aluminum foil double layered 12&#034 by 24&#034. Spinkle seasoned salt, minced garlic, and onion over top. Mix by hand on foil. When potatoes are well coated cover with bacon strips. Place two more layers of aluminum foil on top Close tightly rolling edges so they cannot come apart. Do not vent. Cook on BGE at 350 degrees for at least an hour. 1.5 hours is about right.
