Chilone's all purpose dry rub

Ingredients
• 1 Cup Ground Paprika |
• ¼ Cup Ground Cumin |
• ¼ Cup Garlic Powder |
• ¼ Cup Salt |
• 1/8 Cup Sugar |
• 1/8 Cup Fresh ground pepper |
Instructions
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl adjusting to your taste then transfer to an empty spice container with a shaker top and you're done! I usually buy my dried spices from Sams Club or Wal Mart in the large shakers which are a great size for this. I also put about one tablespoon of uncooked rice in the bottom to absorb moisture. It stores indefinitely in your spice cabinetFeel free to adjust ratios and experiment with other ingredients. I sometimes use sumac or curry powder etc. depending on what you are using it on. Remember... Its great to create!!
