Ingredients

• 1 Cup Ground Paprika
• &#188  Cup Ground Cumin
• &#188 Cup Garlic Powder
• &#188 Cup Salt
• 1/8 Cup Sugar
• 1/8 Cup Fresh ground pepper

Instructions

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl adjusting to your taste then transfer to an empty spice container with a shaker top and you're done! I usually buy my dried spices from Sams Club or Wal Mart in the large shakers which are a great size for this. I also put about one tablespoon of uncooked rice in the bottom to absorb moisture. It stores indefinitely in your spice cabinet
Feel free to adjust ratios and experiment with other ingredients. I sometimes use sumac or curry powder etc. depending on what you are using it on. Remember... Its great to create!!
