Ingredients

• 2 WHOLE CHICKENS
• 2 Can BUD-LITE
• 1 tsp PEPPER
• 1 tsp SALT
• 1 Oz FAVORITE POULTRY RUB
• 2 SMALL POTATOES FOR THE NECK CAVITY
• 1 Oz VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Instructions

CLEAN CHICKENS THROUGHTLY,DRY CHICKEN BODIES BEFORE RUBBING OLIVE OIL OVER ENTIRE CHICKEN.THEN SPRINKLE SEASONINGS AND YOUR FAVORITE RUB OVER CHICKENS.

HEAT YOUR BGE TO 350 AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO THEN IS PUT THE CHICKENS ON THEIR VERTICAL RACKS WITH BEER AND COOK THEM FOR APROX. 2 HOURS.ITS BEST IF YOU USE A DIGITAL THERM.TO CHECK FOR DONENESS.

AFTER THE CHICKENS ARE ON THE BGE,ITS TIME TO SERVE YOUR FRIENDS WITH A COLD BUD-LITE AND WAIT FOR THE BEST CHICKEN OF YOUR LIFE TO COME OFF THE GRILL.
