bigarms,[p]I've always done them indirect. The bacon can drop a lot grease causing flare ups.[p]My indirect method resulted in a raised grid, but I think indirect is more important. I would guess as long as your indirect whether the grill is raised or not won't have create a major variance in your results - though I am guessing on that aspect.[p]Regards,

I always cook mine raised grid indirect at 400 for about 45 minutes, depending on how many you have. Bacon crisps up real nice.[p]CWM
