Thanks to Chris from NibbleMeThis for his post last night on "The-Mc-Not-A-Rib". I was so enamered that I instantly copied the ingredients, added a little twist to the set up and prepared these wonderful sandwiches for lunch just a few minutes ago. I dropped a note to Chris telling him that I was jumping on this wagon and giving him FULL credit...you have GOT to try this!

Ha! Bandana's is a local chain with pretty good 'cue.

I'm not so sure about doing a McRib knockoff, though. I tried one for the first time in 25 years a few weeks back, and it hasn't improved with age.

Actually I've never had one, however the idea was fun as presented by Chris last night, and when I was done with lunch I had eaten one of the best sausage type sandwiches I've ever had!!! You are right however to jail break a mcd product would probably scare the common man! And it certainly wouldn't look or taste like that we presented here for sure!
