'Loneyfest leftovers.

After we broke Camp on Sunday,I found some stuff in the freezer. :woohoo: Ground ELK! 
Needless to say,it was brung home with ME! :laugh: Thanks GW and Adam!
ELK BURGERS!!! :woohoo: 1 pound,2 burgers.
The cheeze was some Xtra sharp cheddar I smoked a coupla weeks ago.
Thanks GW! The only thing better was the salmon pizza but remember,don't post it,cause if they did'nt come to 'Loneyfest,they don't deserve to eat it! :laugh:

The main reason we did'nt harvest more deer is because the dayum turkeys ate em up! I'm thinkin about a ChittlinFest in the spring! :laugh:

Hoss I have only had the elk at Fudruckers and they are real good. I am sure it came from the last parts of the elk to be processed.
I want to buy some and try it on the egg after seeing your pic's......Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -

The hunting and fishing is typically great in Scotts freezer.

There is a good possiblity I'll have two Elk after next season. Might have to put a lock on the freezer for when Adam comes over! -

It is just cheese that had not melted yet.I stuck em under the broiler for a few seconds to get the cheeze melted cause it was late and we were hungry. -
