Ribeye with RichardFL\'s Kona Rub

This is a bone in ribeye, the thickest one they had at Publix. Rubbed with RichardFL's Kona rub.



Sliced garlic and basil Polenta cooking on the CI with somefresh jalepeno slices:

Pulled at 123 internal and let it rest 10 minutes:
