We hope you had a great Labor Day and are excited for the start of the NFL this week. If you’re not a sports fan, you can celebrate National Breakfast Month all September and National Cheese Pizza Day on September 5. We can’t wait to share some awesome fall recipes with you all! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

I haven't rotated them and what I've found is that the larger shoulders fit better lower (more surface area) and the lower level being closer to the fire cooks a little warmer and the smaller shoulders left up top cook to perfection where the temp is a little lower (this is where the guru probe is and I set the temp to 210)

upper shoulders are about 7 lbs, the lower ones are about 9 lbs each.

I simply love cooking these in the large- so efficient, so little fuel used

the BGE amazes me every time I fire it up and the CGS has expanded the BGE's capabilities!

Hope yours turns out as good as these ones did
