    Just burn it off. Open the vent and let it go at 600 or 650 for 30 minutes.

    forget the deen places they are more about PR then quality food.  

    I have one recommendation only. the crab shak. not joes crab shack, the crab shack. its on the way out to tybee and is one of the best local restaurants you will ever visit. for the kiddies they have an alligator pond out front that you use fishing pools to feed them. it is an awesome place.

    While I don't have a SV and I do have a mini, my recommendation wold be go for the tool you don't have. Since you already have an egg you can use I would get the SV. Don't get me wrong, I love my mini's (yes I have 2) but I would get the SV if I were you.

    agree on the dough, instead stop by the bakery section and them for some pizza dough.

    If you do any late night cooks or some long overnights it would be nice to have.

    when i do a low and slow overnight i hate turning on the outside patio light or a flashlight to view mine due to the bugs that swarm. Plus, whats another few dollars when you are buying a quality piece of equipment.
