Good luck on your rib cook. I have found it to be petty easy on the egg. My recipe is 2, 1.5, and 1. It all depends on your preferences for tenderness. Foil or not it's all good on the egg.

When I spread the crust out in the skillet, it only went up the sides half way. I filled the skillet all the way to the top with ingredients the dark portion is cheese in direct contact with the skillet. It was actually chewy goodness.

Thanks. I've always wondered if the cornstarch leaves any after taste. I guest I will have to give it a try
