Newbie to the BGE (Christmas Gift) but have been smokin' any and everything I possibly can. Starting small but gradually expanding my horizons. First item smoked were ribs (Teriyaki, Mesquite & Jerk). Next up, Beer Butt Chicken. Lastly, Fired Up Chicken Wings. I have to say, I've been BBQ'ing for years on a charcoal and gas grill. But NEVER have I tasted meat so tender, moist and favored using the BGE. I'm sure there will be times when I'll use the gas grill. But my first choice will be the Big Green Egg!
