Sorry about crappy cell phone pic I know it's not up to some standards but here are my first egg ribs. Rubbed em with dizzy pig and cooked for 4 hours between 250 and 300. I had a little trouble at first getting the temp right and waited until I had it where I wanted it to put ribs on. Cooked for 2 hours with cherry smoke then wrapped for about an hour then unwrapped and put back on the grill to sauce. Finished off with sweet baby rays honey chipotle sauce. Also had grilled corn and baked potato go along with it.
