Be it your "old" butcher, your "present" butcher, or your "future" butcher, he/she isn't going to change my mind about finish temperature of,say pork butts,brisket,chicken, etc..
Charlie has a problem with leaving random off comments. He hasn't learned to just click the next thread if he doesn't have anything positive to say. Don't mind him. But at times, it's so hard not to feed the trolls.
