I totally agree it isn't a big deal. To each his own.My sense is that most people here use SWMBO tongue-in-cheek. I don't use it myself, but I don't see what the big deal is.
I buy packer briskets at Walmart all the time here in W-S, NC. They are great but pulled pork is where it's at. No doubt.
