    I settle the egg in just around the 250-270 mark. And I pull it when it reaches IT of 203+- It is going to be great, enjoy the grub. What you are missing is, your address, so we can join you. ;)

    For us there isn't really a favourite, we have done bread, early in the am for breakfast toast, along with bacon and eggs, and potato pancakes. Other ideas are as simple as hot dogs, or fajitas, pizza, or a whole mess of appys, mushroom caps, abt"s or even avocado with bacon and eggs. Pulled Pork, or if we are really treating ourselves, steak and lobster. Pork tenderloin, shrimp wrapped in bacon. The list goes on and on.You will enjoy it what ever you decide. Have fun with it

    Just finished supper. Nice little tenderloin done to 140 IT. The sauce just finishes of the taste. We love this meal.. I do the spuds and meat. My wife does the veggies and sauce. Team work for a yummy meal. This is in our rotation. bbhhhh

    Hey Skiddy. Gotta try that style of ABT. I have always split the pepper in half and filled both sides up, and then close it all back up and wrap with bacon. Bet this is a bit faster in the preparing dept. And then there is the chorizo

    LS your very right. Skirt steak is something  that the butchers here don't know of. Flank steak yes, but that is it. Limited selection of rubs etc too. Wet weather to boot. Kind of a depressing day huh, or eh ;)
