Hi Folks, Just got my Large Green Egg. Can't wait to try it. I am a little intimedated by all you have to do regarding tempaertaure control but I will continue to read the posts before slapping a brisket or pork but on the egg. I have a BGE cooking class on 3/23 so I hope to learn lots about the BGE and what to try to cook as a first timer.
