    Thanks everyone. Now that I'm thinking about it I realized/remember that the smoke burning off was so strong that it was burning my eyes just a few minutes before I threw on the asparagus. That should have told me something right there! But I was in a rush getting dinner started late and didn't even think about it.

    Love them but can't find them for a decent price anymore. Used to pick them up for $4/$5 each note they're the same price as ribeyes, thanks to Bobby Flay!

    Pretty much every restaurant in Charleston rocks, it's a foodie mecca! Jestines Kitchen for some Soul Food, Peninsula Grill for awesome seafood and Swig and Swine for incredible BBQ! (and beer).

    The way folks go on about Rockwood I expected to have fist sized hunks of lump in there.... Granted it could have gotten busted up during shipping.

    Just trying to mitigate some of the long term damage that results from constant exposure. My patio isn't covered so the egg gets long hours of exposure to direct sun.
