Who’s ready for September? We’re ready as ever for football season!     Well, my plan worked to perfection.  Foiled it and left it in the egg and basically let the egg just die off.  By the time the Egg was about 175F it was 30 minutes before eating so I just took it off and let it rest on the counter.  

    Was perfect in tenderness and taste.
