    I have tried the turbo butts and ribs and find both to be pretty average at best. Call me old school or whatever, but if I don't have time for a low and slow, I grill something. Mike

    Why not it's easy and it allows more rub to get to the meat. A butter knife and a paper towel and it's off of the rack lickity split. After I remove it I take a fork and pierce between each…
