  • Re: Sat Cook... Go Big, or Go Home

Nice chunk of meat, and i know you will pull it off perfectly -- maybe even send a photo!!  Only problem i can see is this will cook pretty fast, and that might cut into the "cook's "R&R" period?
  • Re: What's your occupation?

This forum is lost, does anyone one know of another egg forum where people discuss cooking on the egg --  next thing will be photos of George Zimmerman's head.  There is an "Off Topic" section here but when it come to politics every forum i have been member to begins to fail as soon as politics begins.  Don't you own a TV set???  This crap drives many people away without knowing about it.
  • Re: What's going on your Egg for the 4th of July?

Friend is having a big family party to welcome in his new baby son, and i got the job of providing "broasted chicken", probably 72 pieces.  It's a good trade because he is Myron Mixon's prep chef and will be making a few briskets with burnt ends!! ;;)
  • Re: What's your occupation?

There for a while i thought i had an occupation, but now i am convinced i am "a lump tester"! ;)
  • Re: Royal Oak - had to buy some...
