We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Dont give up on that BGE you will soon become an accomplished chef with it :) You will be making the best food you have ever eaten. I have friends that will call me and ask when im cooking on the egg next.
Dont stick to one thing either , dont be afraid to try new things , steak , ribs ,chicken ( spatchcock is easy and delicious) , Turkey , Ive done awesome prime rib , You can do Bread, pizza , cookie, cobbler ,
the list goes on and on . When you get frustrated try something new , And the people on this site are awesome and always willing to help . Try the recipe section too great recipes there
