We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes!   • Proud new owner of an XL. In less than two weeks, I've cooked brisket, steak, chicken, tenderloin and baby backs. Outside of getting fatter, the whole experience is proving to be amazing. I married about 5 approaches to cook the ribs. They were the best meat I've ever cooked. Thanks for this great forum. Your advice is incredible. I'm proud to refer to myself as an Egghead.
