We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

Thanks for asking for this PM, seems there's a bit of heated debate going which I'm not to excited about.

To answer your question, the grates are laser cut by a local shop I deal with in Pittsburgh. I don't own or work for this shop, which of course also means I don't own a water jet. Low carbon steel will season like cast iron, so the more you use it the better it'll cook. Feel free to contact me and I'll tell you more about it. 1-877-714-7455. Thanks again.
