      Hello Richtermedic. If you are having a hard time with temperature control, make sure your holes in your firebox are clear of obstructions like small pieces of coal. Only open your egg for foiling and basting. Give your sauce and hour to set. Keep the temperature at 250 to 275 degrees. Keep consistency with your temperature. Resist the urge to crank up the heat.
