We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

Thank you for telling me about the heatermeter. I just ordered all the parts and I can't wait to build it. Do you have any helpful tips that might make the build a little easier.

Read the instructions several times to get a fell for how the components get attached, and in what order. Also, I decided to spring for new probes in lieu of reusing old ones, and I was sure to use exactly the same components to minimize issues. Be sure to keep your solder joints clean, and if you don't already, spring for a decent soldering iron - it will make your life much easier. I wound up having a problem with the backlighting until I noticed I left a piece off the board (duh). Good luck!
