We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

I'd just call them again - I believe that business is just a gal and her husband and she has always been super nice and easy to deal with. I wouldn't worry about getting cheated, but it does sound like there was a breakdown somehow. Please let me know how it comes out! Ron

Hey there Cymbaline65.  This is Brian from Dizzy Pig.  Great looking cook you posted with the flat iron steak, potatoes and veggies.  I do marketing for Dizzy Pig and we're creating a loyalty "fan club" type of group that will launch very soon.  We want to include you in the program in the first initial launch.  Can you email me at brian.walrath@dizzypigbbq.com with some basic contact info please?  Name, email address, mailing address should do it.

    Thanks!

I have a Medium BGE also and ordered a CI pan and had to cut the handles off for it to fit. You also have to raise it higher above the fire, up to the felt line, or it chokes off the fire. It works real well though but I do have to handle it with welding gloves. I like it alot for blackening fish on the smooth side and have used it for chicken and hamburgers on the grooved side. I think it came from the Ceramic Grill Store.
