It feels as though we’ve waited forever for college football to start, and finally the wait is over! Check out our tailgating page for recipes that are sure to become fan favorites.     Mark, Brisket is the easiest thing in the world. Rub Tony Chatchere original all over and set for 30 minutes, room temp. Cook at 225-250 for 1 hour per pound. After 3 hours wrap in tightly in aluminum foil and finish for the rest of the hours, Falls apart, taste great. Easy as pie.
