Egg-on-Medford, we just purchased a BGE last week and although I nailed several recipes I missed the mark on the pork butt and a pork tenderloin. Judging from your meat temperature I took mine out way too early and although they were well seasoned, they were both too tough to chew. Guess I have a lot to learn compared to conventional over temperatures. Lambo
