I need help. I just got a Small Egg. Tried cooking hamburgers....first time had to stay at 350 degrees. I couldn't get it to maintain at 350...keep going back to 200. anyone have suggestions....do I leave the top open and bottom open to get to a temp? then close the top? My rep wasn't very helpful in getting me started. I went to the web site and I must be stupid, I don't really get much direction there either....can someone help me 1-2-3 type thing...thank you.
