    Kristi, I saw in one of the pics you posted you had the swing rack from CGW. Can you put that on top of platesetter for a two tier indirect? Seems the top rack would be pretty high for a pork shoulder or any other large cut. I have a LBGE. Thanks.

      I haven't tried that, yet. When I used the platesetter the other night, I just removed the top tier. The top tier can be adjusted lower, so maybe if you had something flat-ish on the bottom, you could still put something on the top tier and get the lid closed?? Hmm. . .

I recall you indicating your familiar with some B&B near the Sunshine State Eggfest, I'm trying to go and bring my wife, if I remember correctly you posted something along the lines of pointing out a few that might make the misses appreciate the trip more.
