    Hey Rick ,
    So I am putting together a beef order if your interested .
    I generally get usda Prime striploins that are about 10lb pieces . The price is $ 12 lb and is a way better deal than the $ 25 a lb that you would pay at the store 9 if you could even find this stuff) 
    The one thing is that they most likley should wet age as I get them directly from the farm freshly killed .
    So having fridge space to keep it 6 weeks is recommended .
    I am also going to get some prime briskets. These are amazing and you cant find them here , I get them special . They are $ 5 a lb and they range in size from roughly 10- 20 lbs . and also need to wet age .

    let me know if you want anything . I  do these orders a few times a year so i would recommend stocking up if you can as this will probably be it for the summer .   It is all the same to me so as many as you want is fine so dont be shy . 
    I promise you it will be the best steaks you have eaten and you can search some posts of the toronto guys to see how good the beef is . ...
