We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! My first steak on the LBGE it is the best steak I've ever cooked. The next time i will cut back on the time for cook. I seared for 4 min at 550 then lowered the temp to 450 and cooked for 6 min on each side could have gone 4 for my tast.
