Proud new owner of an XL. In less than two weeks, I've cooked brisket, steak, chicken, tenderloin and baby backs. Outside of getting fatter, the whole experience is proving to be amazing. I married about 5 approaches to cook the ribs. They were the best meat I've ever cooked. Thanks for this great forum. Your advice is incredible. I'm proud to refer to myself as an Egghead.
