    I too have Henkels, over 35 years old, the knives, not me. I would suggest, for much less money that new knives, get a medium and fine sharpening stone and do them yourself if you have any trouble finding a pro. On the other hand, I had used a Shun at a friend's house and went out and bought a few. Shun sharpens them free! Your only cost is shipping them to Shun and they will ship back to you.

    Hey, I saw your ribs comment and cooking class. I was just going to say my dealer sometimes does classes, so check your dealer. If you can't find something local the mothership in ATL offers classes as well, but that is a vacation, unless you're close. Don't get discouraged dude! Also check FuzzyK here for previous youtube posts, he shows himself cooking different food and stuff.
