National BBQ Month sure was tasty! We hope you got to try just as many new BBQ recipes as we did and some old favorites as well.     Have to get the temp up to 192 degrees then the butt is done. It takes 2-3 hours to get to that temp if you are grilling at 225-250 or a total of about 6-7 hours.
