      Read the instructions several times to get a fell for how the components get attached, and in what order. Also, I decided to spring for new probes in lieu of reusing old ones, and I was sure to use exactly the same components to minimize issues. Be sure to keep your solder joints clean, and if you don't already, spring for a decent soldering iron - it will make your life much easier. I wound up having a problem with the backlighting until I noticed I left a piece off the board (duh). Good luck!
