How did the brisket turn out? What size was it and how long and temp did you cook it? Notice you have a Challenger table too as I also have one. How do you like your cooking set-up? Looks great to me.
Just now seeing this. The brisket was nice, but the flat was a tad dry in places. It was 11 pounds and I cooked it at 300-320 degrees. I love the Challenger cart I have!
