    VI, did you follow the 7 day rule for curing you belly or did you pull earlier? How long did you use AMS and how much smoke could you taste in bacon? My wife likes very little smoke so wondering how long I should cold smoke. I would appreciate it if you could share your thoughts.

    Oy. Never knew a true texan to just fold like a lawnchair. For someone who had no problen barking at anyone who you didnt care for, you certainly have thin skin. Fwiw, i gave you far more compliments than you ever gave me. If that is 'acidic' than so be it. I hope you find some place that works for you. But for the record, you can't claim to have left a place because it wasnt interesting and then claim someone drove you out. Quitting is really just quitting. I enjoyed your wok stuff. Pretty great. Dont ever remember you posting that stuff on the old forum, and was nice to see. But i wont let anyone tell me i ran them out of anyplace. That's just taking your ball and running home. Your talent will be missed. But your holier than thou berating of some newbie who posts an OT, or doesnt have as good a camera as you.... That stuff wont be missed. Neither will your threatening to shoot butwhymalemodels, among other outbursts. Dont blame me for any of that

    I was looking for a cheap kitchen and searched for weeks to find the right one and then I came across www.Cheapestkitchensintheworld.Co.Uk. Their kitchens are definitely the cheapest kitchens on the market, I got delivery of my kitchen about two months ago and it's now fitted and looks perfect and it cost me 40% less than the best quote that I got. I can definitely recommend them especially if your looking for a cheap kitchen

    VI, There are several places on my list to dive before I hang it up. I've been to Coz 3 times with a another trip planned for August. Cave diving is impressive, I've dived several of the springs in Florida but not a real cave per se. I noticed some coral bleaching in Bonaire but Cozumel is doing okay. San Pedro, Belize is on my list, I want to dive there and see Jerry Jeff.

    VI, thanks for the new ideas and recipes on the BGE. I am still working on my skills, but enjoy trying new recipes for the wife and me. The downside of coming for us is she can't handle spicy, and I love it. When I say spicy, she states " anything hotter than ketchup" is too hot!

    Hey I see you are not running a gasket either. Do you think it effects low and slow or are you using more lump because of snuff out time? Thanks for the help.

      Giff, I just saw your message. Sorry. I fried my gasket about a week after I got my Egg and haven't missed it at all. I see a little smoke escaping during a cook, but not much. I don't think it prolongs the snuff out time much, if at all.
