  • nice to see he's using 1/2 brisket and 1/2 chuck... Up till now I've been using sirloin and chuck, have seen great things posted about brisket meat instead - have to try!

    I happened to catch this place on the news that also looks really good. Also use combination of brisket and chuck.


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
