Loney musubi by ChocDoc1, on FlickrIn the category - playing with your food - I had a few minutes away from the ER this afternoon to make these.
Maple Leaf Loney - a fairly small whole waxed bologna - sliced and grilled until nicely browned on each side, brushed with teriyaki sauce (mixture of soy sauce, mirin and sugar), assembled on toasted nori with sushi rice that has been prepared with sugar and rice vinegar then sprinkled with furikake.

i don't have a dog in the fight, and i'll defer to the 'loney court for nominations and acceptance (or not), but i would suggest simply "'Loney Samurai" as the moniker.
