can't beat a good brat on the egg! When I saw your pic I thought you put potato chips on your bun! i enjoy boiling brats in some beer then finishing off on the egg, might give it a try sometime. Welcome to the forum!

Thanks! I thought about a beer boil first, but was hungry and wanted to EAT! No chips on buns for me, but that reminds me of something my neices used to eat when they were really young....saltine crackers crumbled over vanilla ice cream. Disgusting? Yes!
