here's a GREAT accompaniment - blueberry jalapeno margaritas!! A friend of mine exposed me to them a couple of weeks ago. He had been served one at Nava, an upscale southwest cuisine restaurant in Buckhead and he had successfully re-created it.

Here's the fixings:

Slice the jalapeno thinly. Add two or three slices to the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Remove seeds if you're not looking for as much heat. Add about 8 blueberries. Muddle thoroughly to release the flavors. Add 2 oz. of tequila, 1 oz. of Cointreau or Triple Sec, and 0.5 oz. of Rose's lime juice. Shake with ice and serve. The combination of heat and sweet make for a drink that goes down (almost) too easy.
