In about 4-5 hours we will be enjoying "pulled pork" again. I did over 50+ lbs a few weeks ago on an XL and it was such a success I did it again. This time I used a LG. If you were wondering if four butts will fit see my picture.

Those look great. I'm going to cook four 8-9 lb. butts in a couple of weeks on my large. How long should it take at 225-250? Thanks.
